Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Prospect estate agents have managed my flat for years. They have always been competent, but recently Sasha Byrne has taken over as my property manager. Sasha has transformed the level of service I receive. She has recently managed a very complex situation with 2 separate utility companies in order to get a new stopcock installed in my flat. Sasha, never gave up even though the companies involved became more and more difficult. She kept me informed through every twist and turn of this saga and ensured me and my tenant were happy. This is real above and beyond service! Sasha is awesome!

She gets things done and tells you when she has done them! I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the efficient, helpful, sensible, can-do service that she provides. We have been using Prospect since 2008 to manage our rental property, and are currently working with Sasha as our property manager. Sasha is really responsive, clear in her communication and has a 'can do ' approach to getting things done - even if a little outside of the traditional remit of repairs and maintenance.
