Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Disgusted by the discrimination and horrific attitude we faced when booking a viewing for a property to rent today. Team members at this agency were highly unprofessional. We were questioned and judged on personal matters that had no relation with the act of booking a viewing. Thoroughly unsatisfied with the lack of quality customer care and basic human decency. We sincerely do not recommend using this agency's services.
Natasha was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my buying process. Really a great help in getting everything across the line for us and keeping us updated regularly. Will definitely be using Prospect again in the future and recommending to any friends and family who are looking to sell/buy.
Stefano was really helpful all through the process of securing the property and made it a lot easier.
Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.
