Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Beth and Michael have been superb. Whenever I spoke with them, they had their finger on the pulse and knew exactly what was going on with the sale of our property. The sale went very smoothly and I am quite sure it was down to their hard work. A huge “thank you” to both of you.

Dealt with Natassha from aldershot. She was amazing and helped us find an investor property plus passed us onto mr Jordan the lettings manager who was very helpful and helped us find a tenant within a week. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After less than a week in contact I have found the customer service at Prospect’s Aldershot office extremely helpful and far superior to what I’ve experienced with 3 months with another local agent (really hope it continues!) I haven’t been dreading picking up the phone and instead have felt listened to and positive about our house hunt which is a pretty specific brief! Dexter at Aldershot has been so helpful from the start - firstly in getting us the viewings and information that we need but also saving the day when we were stuck in heavy traffic on the way to our viewing and the original agent was going to have to leave and cancel our viewing due to timing restrictions - instead Dexter came out from the office and took over and let us have a proper look around the property and didn’t rush us even though it was a Saturday afternoon - this was so appreciated and I doubt many other offices would have done that for us. We’re only at the beginning of our buying and selling journey but I am definitely feeling more positive than a week ago! Thanks again!
I was very impressed with my initial greeting from Beth she was both professional and helpful in her manner. She worked extensively and tirelessly hard when I was looking to sell my property and buy with Prospect. Unfortunately due to health issues my needs and wants changed frequently but Beth always met my demands and went the extra mile. Not only this, her voice on the telephone never failed to make me smile and feel warm inside. Just a genuine, professional person and very much an excellent advocate for her company. I hope she is valued professionally at work, in the same high regard as I hold her. We saw so many properties at all different times of the day and Beth never failed to impress us or come up with a new solution.
