Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.
Great experience with Prospect on our recent house sale. Would definitely recommend. Beth and Michael pulled out al the stops to get us over the finishing line.

Have had a very positive experience with Prospect Estate Agency and feel blessed to have found them. Staff are super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to let me return to potential rental properties numerous times to view, get measurements etc. They responded to any emails, phone calls or text requests very promptly and really take pride in their service.
