Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Poor communication from start to…

Poor communication from start to finish. Asked to sign the same thing multiple times, and provide same documents more than once. The big one though was being asked for more documents with less than 12 hours before we moved out of the house. Obviously, everything was packed and this was a real issue so late in the process. Apparantly due to final review before exchange. Can I suggest that this review be done at least a week sooner?

Communication has been excellent

Communication has been excellent, and very quick. The platform to input information and upload documents is extremely user friendly. I was contacted promptly by our case handler, and felt assured that she would work quickly on our case. She also provided her contact details saying if I had any questions to contact her. We are in the early stages of selling a property, but so far I have been extremely impressed with the solicitors.

First class service from start to finish. Professional service at a reasonable cost. Everything is done remotely with an easy to use digital hub to exchange information between conveyancer and you the client with phone calls and updates also provided when required.

Wouldn’t recommend Premier Property Lawyers

Really disappointed in this company as being first time buyers communication is key which Premier Property Lawyers lack. They are pretty much impossible to get hold of through email or phone call and even leaving a voicemail does nothing.
