Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Title transfer
I needed a title transfer on my property and was originally working with ONP solicitors who were provided by lender, however the experience was absolutely horrible and they kept dragging the process for 3 months without any completion date. I then replaced them with Premier property lawyers and Daryl Wyatt was my conveyancer. Daryl understood my requirements and completed the process within 3 weeks from taking over. He stayed on top of everything and ensured it gets to completion asap. Highly recommend premier property lawyers and particularly Daryl.

Been dealing with convayncer John…
Been dealing with convayncer John Barfield since 2023 on selling my late mother’s house who ran up lots of debt and charges against the property. John helped me with every issue that’s came up that I was unaware of. He has advised me in every way possible. He has listened to me cry on numerous phone calls due to the stress and upset. He has awnsered any question and explained everything to me so I have a good understanding. He has awnsered or returned any phone calls regarding any concern, worry or silly question I have. I honestly can’t thank John enough for all his time, efforts, understanding and most of all patience with me over a very rough couple of years of dealing with this property. Wishing his all the best.

Professional and easy to use
This is the third/ fourth time that we have used Premiere Property Lawyers (buying and selling) We have always been impressed with the professionalism of the conveyancers and the online system allows us to see exactly where we are with our sale and access and view all documents documents even some years after our sale and purchases are complete.
