Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

A very impersonal company
A very impersonal company you cannot ring and talk to anyone at what is a stressful time.you have to download ,print then sign and return your documents an are not kept in the loop regarding any movements on your case unless you query it .

Efficient and friendly service throughout . Nothing was too much bother and each time we phoned or asked a question ,Amy was there to respond or email quickly . Review of Amy Holt at Premier Property Lawyers
Amy was very helpful during the property case. I called her a number of times throughout it with questions/queries about certain documents and she answered with great experience and knowledge on the subject matter. I also found the eWay portal to be very helpful and stress free when accessing documents relating to the case, of which Amy also helped me to navigate through. As I am a first time buyer, this process was made easier and clearer with her help and involvement which I am very grateful of. I wish her all the best and I thank her for helping me purchase my first home.

Great Customer Service
I just wanted to say a personal a huge THANK YOU to Emily Flatly for her efforts a perseverance with getting the exchange completed on for my property. Emily kept her calm & professionalism in what was a very stressful and complex procedure, that dragged out for months. I could not have gone through this process without Emily's support, her responsiveness has been second to non, always there to guide help & support. Suzella has been great all the way…
Suzella has been great all the way through. She has been very helpful and kept me well informed with the process. The online portal is a great tool too and keeps you up to speed and gives you a visual of the process. There were issues along the way from other parties, but Suzella handled it perfectly and it would have gone on for much longer if it wasnt for her.
