Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Jacob Clarke dealt with the sale of my

Jacob Clarke dealt with the sale of my Property and purchase of a new property recently. Jacob was really quick with any queries and responses. I never had any issues with getting hold of Jacob via phone or email and they were answered either same day or emails the next day if sent later on in the day. I was always kept up to date with how everything was moving along. The purchase took 6 weeks to complete which was amazing as my house had already sold. I would definitely recommend Jacob personally to anyone else looking to sell their house and would not hesitate to use Jacob again if I was looking to to sell in the future.

Amazing service

Amazing service, Imran has been so helpful throughout. Great communication and very informative, managed to get us ready well in advance of the rest of the chain. He unfortunately had to put up with the other solicitors in the chain that were useless but he was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Stay away

TLDR : Avoid using this company. 4 months since process started and no end in sight. Still trying to resolve issues from 4 months ago I'll start by saying this is the first time I'm trying to buy a home and a process that is usually annoying and longwinded has become horrible and nerve wracking with these solicitors. They don't explain anything to you and offer no help with the process whatsoever. We got to the point where you have to show source of funds and both me and my wife updated our documents. After this I must've had at least 4 emails asking me to send my documents to show source of funds. First I updated older statements but then had no idea what else they needed. I kept asking and getting no reply only to find out after about 3-4 weeks of asking that my conveyancer had been on holiday. Someone else working there took pity on me and told me which other documents they needed. The documents I had to send were very easy to get hold of and I sent them in about 5 mins after I knew what they needed... We are now about 4 months and 1 week into the process and there is no end in sight. The solicitors are still trying to find out the answers to questions they have been asking for the past 4 months. Every update we get is something like "we had an answer but we're not satisfied". What answer? What are they not satisfied with? Good luck finding out :) Last thing we did was pay £80ish for some checks however we were "not satisfied" with the result so hey ho...who needs £80 anyway right? During these 4 months I've asked about 3 times for this to be escalated and have been ignored completely. Two or three times I've asked for someone else to be put in charge of my process and have been ignored. In conclusion if you actually want to buy a house pick a different solicitor that doesn't just charge you for months of no results.

A very efficient and hard working legal…

A very efficient and hard working legal team in general. It is easy to access or upload all the relevant information and documentation on their online portal. They generally respond quickly to any emails and have a good customer services team in their MyhomeMove department. They are also competitive with their pricing especially if you come to them through the CoOp legal services portal. I recommend you give them some careful consideration when thinking about your next move.

I have had a very pleasant experience, the whole service has been simple and easy to access and understand, as someone who is not familiar with the whole process and legalities. The eway portal and all the people I have come into contact with throughout this case have all been very clear and efficient, and the eway portal is easy and user friendly.
