Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

We had a brilliant experience with Premier Property Lawyers. Our conveyancer Rachel Fordham was amazing. She was really responsive and worked very hard so could complete before 1st April this year when stamp duty increased significantly. This meant we completed earlier than initially anticipated. Selling of my late Fathers Property
My solicitor Vishnu was very helpful and explained all of my conveyancing stages. The timeline from start to finish was as quick as Vishnu could carry it out - a longer transfer time as my chain had a 'commercial property' in it. All done & dusted without any problems on my side. Thank you :)
