Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

so far so good. Abdul has been brilliant at talking us through the process. My only niggle is the eway service that they use to upload documents and fill in forms is a nightmare and sometimes duplicates things, making the process confusing and can cause miss communication between clients and solicitors.

I completed on the sale of my property on Friday and I would like to thank Catherine Hoolahan for the excellent way she dealt with the sale. It was very stressful for myself and Catherine due to the buyers' solicitor not answering enquiries, asking for documents which had already been sent and never answering a phone call, it was done by a third party passing messages on. Whenever I rang, Catherine she always got back to me and the same with the emails always replied, I was never left in the dark, I always knew what was happening. I would also like to thank Aliyah, who took over the case for the last three days, and also did a fantastic job seeing it through to completion.
