Absolutely fabulous pillows
Absolutely fabulous pillows, and the protectors that come with the pillows and for the mattress are amazing and the duvet is light but so warm, so is a perfect for a good nights sleep π΄

I have slept at 3 premier inns in theβ¦
I have slept at 3 premier inns in the last month & after the best nights sleep in years decided to buy the pillows. Spoke to customer service who assured me that the normal premier inn pillows were βFIRMβ so ordered . Ordering process & delivery was excellent but after 2 nights I now have a worse neck than in years ! Firm is nothing like any of the Inns myself or my wife have stayed in . Very disappointed.

We ordered the quilt and pillow bundle on recommendation from a friend as I mentioned I wish I could buy the quilt that they have in the Premier Inn hotels, only to be told we can buy them! we have not slept so well in years, the quality and thickness on the 10.5 quilt is seriously like sleeping in clouds!! I do think we should have chosen the firm pillows to be honest as they are a little too soft compared to our previous ones, but on the whole we are very impressed.
