Lovely pillows. Lousy postage
I had bought the mattress last year and have always found the pillows very comfortable. Ordering the product and customer contact no issues. Evri service was used for posting is the BIG issue. They received the pillows and I was then sent an email to say my parcel was at their depot on the 16th awaiting delivery. It wasnβt until late on the 24th that they arrived at my chosen pick up point. Please Premier Inn at home, change courier!

the package has not even arrived - it was dumped on a street no where near my address by evri - so currently totally unsatisfied and donβt have a produce though you have my money - i would suggest you switch to an alternative delivery company and sort out the package to arrive to me

It was time for a pillow update
It was time for a pillow update after discussing were to get new ones we came up with get the from here because never had a bad night's sleep at a Premier Inn. Getting a pack of soft and pack of firm seems to give the best of both worlds for comfort for me soft on top and for the better half the firm one

Fantastic service I ordered these pillows on standard service on the Thursday and they've received with me the next day. The process for ordering wasvvery easy. The pillow and pillow slips are very good quality. Pillow are very comfortable to sleep on. 5star service will be recommending to friends and family.
