Brilliant service, highly recommended. I placed my order on bank holiday Monday and it had arrived by the end of the week. I purchased the firm pillows. Best decision I've made. I've had no neck or back aches since using them! The quality is fantastic and to get the pillow protectors in the price too, amazing

I have been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for last six months each morning I wake up . I changed to my pillows to premier inn pillows. Each morning now I am pain free. Amazing soft pillow that also keep their shape. Thank you

Need to Use Different Courier
Delivery experience was not good. I chased after delivery window had lapsed. Given tracking fetails. Evidently courier had been trying for 5 days to deliver my goods... Well, not according to my CCTV! Funnily enough, once I contacted courier and informed them of this, my goods were delivered the following day! This has put me off ordering from Premier Inn Home again.

I have sent a letter in I recently stayed at another Premier inn and thought these pillows are so so good . I ordered the soft pillow although I am a side sleepers, this tried for a few nights went back to old pillows as could not get comfortable so decided to order the firm ones as these are recommended for side sleepers these were worse woke up next day with neck and shoulder pain , so did my husband .These pillows are not like the ones I have slept on in Premier Inn , this may be because they have been used a lot and lost some of the plumpness, and they get better in time ,but cannot risk being with neck and shoulder pain .Had this year's ago and got very painful . Really disappointed π

Well what can I say pillows are amazing and so is the quilt , superfast delivery too. Love how they come in their own bags with handles and love how the pillows have a quilter cover that zips up over them .
