What a shambles
Sadly our experience of working with PLS was a bit of a shambles from start to finish. I knew we were in for a difficult time when we received our contract for signing and it related to a completely different property, in a different county, sold by a different builder - and PLS failed to pick this up. Bills were frequently incorrect. The lack of professionalism in the emails from the team was profound - even down to basic spelling and grammar. All of this meant we had very little trust in the team and ended up doing most of the work ourselves whilst paying PLS for the privilege. The cherry on the cake was when, just days before completion, we got a call from our financial advisor asking why our solicitor had requested funds from the wrong mortgage provider. We wouldn't recommend and regretfully won't be using PLS again in future house purchases.

DO NOT USE - they do not do what they are meant to.
Tried to remortgage my house 5 years later after using this company to purchase my new build, There was still an open file with HM land registry cus this solicitors didn't do their job. Complaints take 5 weeks to hear back. Logged a call last week still no reply. DO NOT USE if you want to ensure everything goes through properly. Now facing thousands of extra fee's css of the inability of the business.
