Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

They went the extra mile
We've used Pipestock on several occasions and they always have great stock availability. This particular time they went the extra mile by arranging for a seperate courier to deliver an out of stock item direct from their own supplier, as it was absolutely urgent for our job today. (obviously we paid for this extra service, but not many companies would have been so helpful in organising it) Thanks Pipestock (Shane) for coming up trumps when we needed it most!

I had an order which I needed processing very late in the day. Which I needed for my job the next day. Pipestock went above and beyond processing my order within 10 minutes, meaning my order got to me next day and I was able to complete my job by its deadline. Can't say thanks enough for the unbelievable customer service and care.
