Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

I found the sales staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful. The items I ordered were delivered the next day. It was refreshing to receive an email to check I had received the goods. All in all excellent customer service!
