Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

I have to say the service provided was excellent. Having been caught out in the past when ordering from companies on line only to find the product(s) weren't actually in stock, I did ring in the first instance to confirm the pipe I required was in stock. The sales person was very helpful, I completed the order on line on line on Tuesday and it arrived today (the next day). I have yet to use the pipe but the service was excellent. Thank you
