Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

My first order went a bit wrong but…
My first order went a bit wrong but Shane was amazingly efficient at sorting out the issue where DHL had damaged the delivery, no fuss just a couple of extra days delay to fix. I will definitely be back. A1 service, fully recommended.

The products were well described, easy to order and the updates regarding delivery with Fed Ex good. all items received on time as quoted and left in designated safe place. Pipestock were good at communicating all that was going on and followed up after delivery by email to confirm all was well. Certainly good for farming community.

Perfect Pipe
Really easy, clear website to navigate. Ordering, pricing & payment were very straightforward. Suggestions of products that might be compatible was very useful too. Once ordered, communication was amazing. I knew what I was getting and when I could expect it. Upon delivery I received an email to check that everything was ok (thanks Matt). There was a minor issue with the delivery company used not following my instructions - but that was quickly rectified. Really pleased with the product, exactly as described and well packaged. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
