Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

Ordered online (of course). Turns out the pipe I wanted has just gone out of stock. They rang within an hour and me gave me options which included best delivery for my project. In the end I chose to wait for my item to come back in stock and it arrived quicker than the predicted delivery date. They then followed up by email to ensure that what I got I was happy with. Amazing these days!!! Would recommend for the personal service.
