Purchasing the Phox water filter jug & filter was easy, as well as re-ordering the filters. It feels like an affordable way to have cleaner water & more eco for my family. Was a bit disappointed at first as the app didn’t work for reminders to change filter but I think they have updated this now.

I recently dropped my Wave jug, shattering the jug and braking the lid. I contacted Phox, asking if I could buy replacements. The Team were helpful and efficient and had replacements for both in the post to me the following day. I had to cover the cost, which I fully expected but I was only charged for postage. Amazing service and so lovely to receive these replacements at no cost.

Tasty water, clear instructions, pretty design. I bought a glass jug with one year's supply of alkaline filters (8 in total). It shipped fast and arrived in a pretty but minimal cardboard packaging - great for the environment! There were clear instructions on how to start using the filter jug. We went with the alkaline filter with added Magnesium and can really taste the difference. A week in and we're getting a lot of use and enjoy drinking water again!
