The service is great. Clothing comes nicely packaged and the delivery time is super fast. Ive purchased twice and i loved the first item. The second purchase not so much. The shirt was cheaply made, poor fabric and the buttons were very loose. Hopefully I will be able to exchange the shirt. Returning is pretty costly.
Great quality and service. I can’t wait to wear my outfit which I bought for my friends 60th birthday party (ABBA themed) and I went back online later the same day and bought a pair of shoes, couldn’t stop looking at them. I ordered, a little wary, after an Instagram ad. Boy, the clothes that came were an utterly delight. I was thrilled with the attention to detail, and the obvious love and care that had gone into their production. Every impression is this is a small outfit that still has an utter passion for what they create.

The fact that, when my order was wrong, Cam and the Phix crew were more than glad to make it right! Both times, my order arrived sooner than expected. If you have the attitude and the means, I recommend extending your wardrobe with Phix clothes.

I received my sweater right away…I love it…And I really like the fabric texture of my sweater….because it has no fuzzballs.. I had already ordered the same sweater, long sleeve…I now have them both.. Long sleeve and short sleeve. I have received numerous comments and compliments on my sweater. Thanks again.

Phix started off well with reasonable prices for good quality clothing but now excessively overpriced for the quality of gear. The sizing, certainly on shirts, polos etc is poor. The shirts medium have a collar size of around 17”! Most should be 15.5”. Shirts too saggy and should be cotton which would help them hang, not sag! The polo’s are far too short in the body. Need 2” more! The Rolling Stones t shirts are overpriced and again quality poor. I’d say £55 would be fair. Again body length too short. Great customer service and packaging etc. However, the nice packaging could be cut down and save money and be more environmental friendly. They have cut out affordability for the working class.
