The service is great. Clothing comes nicely packaged and the delivery time is super fast. Ive purchased twice and i loved the first item. The second purchase not so much. The shirt was cheaply made, poor fabric and the buttons were very loose. Hopefully I will be able to exchange the shirt. Returning is pretty costly.
Great quality and service. I can’t wait to wear my outfit which I bought for my friends 60th birthday party (ABBA themed) and I went back online later the same day and bought a pair of shoes, couldn’t stop looking at them. Great style and quality. Will definitely be buying more items for everyday use
Finally—a brand inspired by 1960s and 1970s fashion! I've always had a deep appreciation for the style of those decades, and it's surprising how limited the options are on the high street. I came across this brand online, and I’m genuinely impressed. The entire collection resonates with my aesthetic. The pieces are high-quality—while the pricing reflects that, it's still reasonable for what you’re getting. This has officially become my new go-to for clothing.

From the website photos to the bought shirt everything came as promised. Fantastic look and fantastic quality, from the speed of delivery to actual garment, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was buying wardrobe for a client and the Phix collection was perfect , the fit , the quality and purchase process were all spot on . Unfortunately my client was unable to collect what I curated for him so had to return the items . Again the whole process was spot on , easy and speedy and the customer service was super friendly .Highly Recommend

The clothing range and style is exceptional. Not all for me, but love the shirts and the velvet jackets. I purchased 3 shirts and 3 polo t-shirts a few months back now. On arrival quality and feel looked good. Being a dad of a 2yr old they clothes got hung up ready for the next gig/party/night out I managed to get to, I have recently warn one of the t-shirts and one of the shirts and they don’t wash well at all. Following the label washing instructions both have shrank and lost shape. I am very careful about my clothes care and take extra time to wash stand out pieces on there own away from the day to day clothes wash, but even on a low temp/low spin wash they are a one wear but! Not got much hope for the others through the wash now! c£600 worth of tops for one wear use is exceptionally steep and not great for sustainability! UPDATED: after exceptional aftercare and communication I have upgraded for 2* to 4*. Even though clothing was bought a few months back after a few e-mails and photos the Phix team offered to replace some items. Great customer service, but I’d still advise to WASH SHIRTS on cold, not at 30*, and on low spin.
