They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

staff are helpful
staff are helpful , polite and give you helpful info on certain things if you ask . i can usually get everything i want to buy although some things are a little dearer . also they do order items for you which you can have delivered into store some items can be delivered to your door at the extra delivery charge they also have a loyalty card
