They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Very disappointed
I visited Pets at Home, had a voucher for a free dog toy if I spent £10. I went with a long list, my dog and Grandson as he wanted to chose the toy for my dog. We came away very disappointed as the shop had sold out of the free toys and no delivery expected. What is the point of a free gift if not enough are stocked? I still spent money in there.
