They don’t look after their animals right

Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Evri is hopeless

The products are great, but the chosen delivery partner Evri is hopeless - inefficient and unprofessional. Problems have included late delivery, products taped together (no box), damaged parcels, lost items, no warning so I was out, and delivery to the wrong address.

Very friendly and helpful Live Chat

Ive ordered a few things from Pets at home online for home delivery with no problems. Yesterday i ordered an item that i wanted next day but chose the wrong delivery date, i contacted the live chat for the first time and Frankie found a solution for me straight away, so helpful. I came back today on the live chat and my refund was dealt with straight away from an equally friendly Saima, i would definitely recommend Pets at Home, many thanks.

I went into my pets at home store in Peterborough and asked a lovely young girl named Brooke for a product I was looking for to clip my dogs claws myself and she gave me what I can only say the best ever advice and knowledge of self clipping of claws I was so impressed so had to write this review thank you Brooke you was so informative and know your stuff!! Fab!! Will be popping in for anything if I need again 😊 Thanks once again! Jasmin x
