They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Having been let down by delivery company Evri I contacted pets at home and spoke to Rory W who apart from apologising (which wasn't necessary as it's not pets at home fault) ordered a replacement order to be delivered tomorrow. Thank you to Rory W

I visited your Hinckley Store for advice on grooming.I was directed to the grooming suite for free helpful advice.All the staff are always helpful.I visit Pets At Home at least once a week. One caveat.The app s offers never seem to match anything I am buying.
