I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Charlotte Cullingworth was excellent
I do not usually leave reviews but on this occasion it is absolutely necessary. PCS legal were acting for me in the re-mortgage of my property, Charlotte Cullingworth was assigned to my case. Charlotte is extremely professional, proficient and knowledgeable. I explained to Charlotte that I was currently on a variable rate and as such I needed my re-mortgage to be completed as quickly as possible to avoid me making more payments at this higher rate. I feel that Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure that the matter was expedited. Charlotte was extremely efficient and kept me informed every step of the process, she was always on hand to answer any questions. all in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

Great, efficient and patient
Hands-down, the most polite and patient people I've ever had the pleasure of working with; they explained everything clearly, were constantly polite and courteous, and never hesitated to clarify or answer any (what felt like) silly or inane questions. The best part of buying my house was PCS Legal!

Really great experience. Adam was amazing!
Adam was amazing and worked incredibly hard in the span of a week to process the exchange and completion. He we also super helpful when I rang (which was often). I’d definitely recommended PCS legal and I will be encouraging friends to use them in their house purchases. Very happy with the overall service. Massive props to Adam!
