The first option, that is the cheapest one (posteitaliane) is no reliable, they don't collect, and the website doesn't have a way to communicate with the shipping company so at the end you have to cancel the order, with UPS was fast and easy.

Après avoir connu de nombreux déboires avec UPS, j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à rechercher une entreprise de transport qui soit sérieuse et fiable. J'ai sélectionné ParcelABC et j'en ai été ravie. It’s the worst experience with sending a package I’ve ever had. I’ve order a courier and paid 50 euro for a package that was never even collected. ParcelABC support told me to arrange it with fedex on my own. What is their role than? FedEx office is not answering phone calls and it’s been already 1.5 month for trying to send a package, making calls every day and writing to support with no effect. At least I want my money for a package back

What made it Great was Michał, he helped a lot through the process especially that it was my first time, I am very greatful. However, I followed the DHL’s guidelines to a T, even leaving the boxes open so the courier could check them and he got pissed and asked me to patch them and bring them down, when I clarified they were on the second floor.
