Paid for quoted 3 day delivery at a primum price. Been 9 days no package When email to complain customer service just said Terms and conditions say "no guarantee on quoted timeframe" No apologies no offer of a discount or the difference in price for the primum service compared to standard. So the whole quote system is a scam therefore as a service based company the whole company is a third party scammer as far as any customer should be concerned.

Servicio nefasto y publicidad engañosa – ¡Nunca más!

Compré un envío “exprés” con entrega en 2-3 días y pagué casi 100 euros. La recogida fue un caos: el transportista llegó con 8 horas de retraso. Luego, Parcel ABC no me envió ningún aviso claro sobre la documentación requerida hasta que yo misma tuve que llamar varias veces a UPS. Perdí días enteros preparando documentos adicionales que no se mencionaban en su web al contratar el servicio. Cuando finalmente enviaron el paquete, el plazo pasó de 2-3 días a casi 2 semanas. Su excusa fue “festivos y fines de semana”, cuando en realidad NO HABÍA festivos en esos días ni en España, ni en Alemania, ni en Uzbekistán. Es decir, usan publicidad engañosa y después se lavan las manos diciendo que no son responsables de nada. ⚠️ Conclusión: Servicio pésimo, atención al cliente lenta, respuestas automáticas sin soluciones reales. Si valoras tu tiempo, tu dinero y tu tranquilidad, NO uses Parcel ABC. Mejor pagar un poco más en empresas serias como DHL o Correos Express y tener la seguridad de un servicio profesional y responsable. Answer to ParcelABC Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately it only proves that ParcelABC should not advertise itself as a fast and reliable delivery service. You state that "transit times are not guaranteed" — but you promoted a guaranteed 2–3 day express delivery on your website. I paid accordingly. No mention was made at checkout that delivery times are just vague suggestions. Only now, after two weeks of silence and inaction, do you explain that delays may happen. That’s misleading at best — and a breach of consumer trust at worst. Your excuse about the clearance process not being included in the transit estimate? Again, not stated clearly during purchase. If you can’t calculate basic transit times, you should not advertise them as such. By the way, this delay still continues, and had I not flooded you with public messages on Twitter and other platforms, I doubt you would have responded at all. You only started acting after I exposed your inaction publicly. That alone says enough. I will continue escalating this, including filing a chargeback via my bank based on consumer protection laws applicable in the EU. You provide a service to EU consumers — therefore you are subject to EU consumer directives on misleading advertising and delivery failure. Let this be a warning to others: ParcelABC is NOT what it claims to be. Pay more, wait longer, stress more. That's the actual experience.

Solia ser una de las mas económicas

He usado sus servicios en muchas ocasiones y nunca he tenido problemas. Actualmente no es una compañía de las más competitivas en precios. Si accedes directamente a los servicios de las compañías que te dan como alternativa a Parcel ABC veras que los precios que ofrecen son mucho más económicos y con menos legalismos para envíos dentro de la Union Europea.

Reliable, good customer service.

Parcelabc are generally very reliable and their customer service team are extremely helpful. I use them regularly to ship around Europe and on the whole, I would recommend them. I've only had one experience which left me dissatisfied, other than that, no complaints.

I didn't sign up for this service

I didn't sign up for this service! I wouldn't give it even one star. I signed up for a door-to-door service, and that never happened. I sent a box from the USA to the Dominican Republic. They asked me to insure the box, and I put down $2,000. Many of the items were used, others were new... when it arrived in the Dominican Republic, it was a nightmare! They assumed the insurance cost was the value of the box. Something they never clarified. They asked me for a detailed invoice of what was inside the box. In addition to the almost $400 USD I had already paid for the door-to-door service, I had to pay approximately $500 more for taxes and paperwork with DHL because ParcelABC is apparently an INTERMEDIARY. I was never able to communicate with them. I had to hire an external agent so they could release my box. In short, they are thieves. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!
