We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

Excellent service: pleasant, profesional & patient.
Robin provided a Quotation very quickly that met my initial enquiry. It was extremely easy to read and understand. The format used by Paramount is so good and all the detail is very clear. He seemed to understand my unspoken requirements for the holiday and then patiently and pleasantly answered and dealt with all my queries. We quickly arrived at a revised Quotation. I liked being able to speak to the same person during the planning and booking process too. Receiving the booking confirmation so quickly gives one great confidence in the company.

Incredible Customer Service!
I received the best customer service from Paramount that I’ve ever had from any holiday company ever! I dealt with Kevin & from my first enquiry he was brilliant. He answered every phone call & email immediately and nothing was too much trouble. He wasn’t ‘pushy’ at all, he just quoted & let me & my husband get back to him when we were ready to book. Two weeks before departure I received a very informative email from Kevin with every single bit of detail I needed for the entire trip. Our holiday was in three parts & every single part of it ran seamlessly. All the transfers were where they should be waiting with a private car & driver, every hotel was perfect & our cruise was truly out of this world. Thank you Paramount for making this a holiday of a lifetime.

We were in a real hurry to book…
We were in a real hurry to book something as it was very last-minute and it looked online like we wouldn't be able to get on anywhere. But Mo was able to give us a few really good options and provided sensible, frank, clear advice in a good-humoured way. We had some difficulties with payment initially and he was brilliant in talking us through the situation. We've ended up with a brilliant cruise which we're enormously excited about, and it wouldn't have happened without Mo!
