We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

Excellent customer service
Our initial enquiry was with Marco who was very helpful. We then attempted to make the booking the following day and were told that the cruise had been withdrawn by Virgin. However, the following day Tina from Paramount called to say the the issue had been rectified and between her and Marco sorted the booking for us. Tina was extremely, helpful, professional and knowledgeable and I am very grateful. Excellent customer service.

First time booking a cruise and Mo from Paramount was very helpful and gave a lot of detailed guidance to help me book the right cabin. Also explained all the services and options well so we could choose the best ones for us. Very responsive and communication was extremely quick. All in all a great service. Will most certainly be my 'goto' company for my next booking.
