UK Drivers Beware
A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

DO NOT rent a car from Panek. On arrival at Warsaw, they refused to accept my world wide insurance cover and refused to give me the car until I paid them £185 sterling. They also said my driving licence was not valid in Poland as the UK is not in Europe. I stood arguing for 45 minutes. The car itself was nice enough but had no water in the windshield screen tank. On returning the car they took a further £101 from my account for cleaning services. Utter rip off. I was there for a karate tournament and simply drove to and from the venue, there was no litter or mess left in that car. This company are disgraceful conmen. Totally ripped me off on the day of arrival and when I was flying home too.

Zdecydowanie odradzam
Nie polecam. Korzystałem ostatnio dwa razy i dwa razy były problemy przy/po wynajęciu. Naciągają na wszelkie możliwe sposoby. Szczególnie Poznań Ławica.

Korzystałem i będę korzystał. Dlaczego? Bo nie znam lepszej alternatywy. Korzystałem w rodzimym Krakowie, Rzeszowie, Gdańsku, a wkrótce mam zamiar skorzystać będąc w Pradze. zasady są jasne pod warunkiem że się wcześniej z nimi zapoznaję a nie udaję greka po fakcie. Polecam i pozdrawiam

Fraudulent charges, stay away from Panek rental car
Fraudulent charges, beware, do not rent from Panek Wroclaw airport location!. Few weeks after I rented and returned the car, they charged my credit card almost 250 Euro claiming dirty exterior and interior! We had the car for 3 days in total and it was not dirty (exterior nor interior) when we returned it. They show pictures of the car that has 1 empty water bottle underneath the front seat, and pictures of the exterior windshield and bumper cover and side mirrors that have dead bugs stuck on it from driving. I wasn't aware that a rental car needs to be first washed before I return it? Or that it cost 250 Euro to wash a car? Beware of this company, avoid at all cost!

Często korzystałem i było ok do dziś, przy odbiorze auta powiedziano mi że muszę wykupić pełen pakiet ochronny z uwagi na angielskie prawo jazdy co podchodzi pod rasizm i nadaje się do sądu po oddaniu auta obciążyli mnie kosztem mycia auta w wysokosci 500 PLN ok przyznaje nie umylem auta przed oddaniem ale koszt mycia to przegięcie,słyszałem że firma boryka się z problemami finansowymi ale w ten sposób tracą tylko klientów

"PANIC" not Panek. Don't be conned
I hired a car in Poland from Australia and received a confirmation and paid a deposit as required. The evening before pickup the car was cancelled by email with a no reply address. I Finally got onto their Customer Service Manager by phone, he said the car needed a service they had no other car to offer and it was not their problem -Sorry, i would need to hire another car elsewhere. This was the attitude of their Head of Customer Service? I have not received my deposit back despite being told i would receive it in 3 days. If this isn't fraud I don't know what to call it. Do not use Panek (id call them PANIC) they have no honour or business model except stealing your money and dumping you in a mess of their making.

Panek the Thieves at Katowice Airport
DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY Have STOLEN MY MONEY. I hired a car from Katowice Airport in August. First of all they swapped the car which was acceptable but not what I wanted. I hired the car and told them I was driving to Czech from Poland, and staying with family. 2months later I have received a bill for 2000pln additional charge from this company for going to czech without permission, even they told me at the airport it was allowed. Do not use under any circumstances. They have ripped me off. Currently in discussions trying to get my money back. Since my initial comments I have been told that they are not the right company, they are, I have checked them up, there are other details I can write but just added the important points The firm is now lying and saying they are entitled to charge the money, quoting laws to about not going to court nothing to do with the 2000PLN charges. In effect they have stolen my money and Rentalcars who I booked through have not helped. Be warned!!!!
