A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

A SCAM DO NOT USE
Made me take out full insurance cover for an extra £50 on top of what I paid for no reason. No liquid for windscreen wash so had to drive with dirty windshield And to top all off got charged 1900PLN (Around £375) for officially returning a dirty car!! (on the T&C it says they will charge 600PLN for a car returned dirty) A SCAM! Do NOT USE! WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER! There are plenty of other reliable rental companies to chose from. Don't take Panek just to save a few pounds. You will be charged a lot more at the end.

Bardzo nie polecam
Bardzo nie polecam. Mój lot był opóźniony o 3h. Przy rezerwacji podałem dane lotu więc nie było to tajemnicą. Mój wynajem został anulowany pomimo tego że zapłaciłem z góry przed wynajmem. Pan w punkcie (Kraków - Balice) powiedział że to ja miałem poinformować o opóźnieniu samolotu. Zapytałem jak miałem to zrobić będąc w powietrzu w samolocie, odparł że to nie jego problem. Zaproponował mi wynajem 3x drożej niż pierwotna cena. Po tygodniu pieniądze z przedpłaty nadal nie zostały zwrócone na moje konto. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem tą firmę.

Wynająłem Mazda 6 Combi dostałem Hyundai Elantra
Wynająłem Mazda 6 Combi ze względu na to ze jechałem z dwójką dzieci trzema bagażami , dwoma fotelikami i wózkiem , niestety przy odbiorze samochodu okazało się ze nie mają takiego samochodu i mogą mi dać Hyundai Elantra gdzie bagażnik jest duży ale niski , a pan który mi wydawał samochód powiedział ze Biuro powiedziało żeby wydał mi auto jakie ma na stanie. A miał tylko małe do którego bym zmieścił tylko jeden bagaż , Nie Polecam! Ze względu ze nie mialem czasu wziąłem ten samochód , ale niestety wózek musiłem wysłać pocztą za granice bo nie zmieściłem go do samochodu.

Szkoda że nie da się dać 0 gwiazdek tak jak w poprzednich komentarzach odmówiono mi wydania auta uzasadniając że muszę mieć międzynarodowe prawo jazdy a angielskie będzie uznawane tylko w przypadku wykupienia pełnego ubezpieczenia Koszt wynajmu około 150zł na 3 dni ubezpieczenie 800zł Fajny sposób sobie znaleźli na robienie pieniędzy Mam nadzieję że ktoś się za to weźmie i firma przestanie istnieć

Panek Prague Airport Office are the…
Panek Prague Airport Office are the worst car hire company, Hired the car through Ryanair with full rental insurance cover and they would not accept the cover at the office, had to work out were the car was on my own and on return no one to accept the car back in the office, now I’ve received a £600 bill for damages to the car that were marked on the inspection sheet when collecting. Don’t use this company.

DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. The car came dirty, which we didn't mind much. But it had several damages that weren't written on the car protocol (to possibly choose one and say that you caused it). They tried to charge us for a damage in the wheel that was already there when we got the car. They didn't respond to 2 of my emails showing pictures of the same damage before I got the car and to several calls that I made trying to reach out.

Naciągacze i tyle. W razie problemów i tak ani auta zastępczego w rozsądnym czasie. Kompletna dezinformacja. Nikt nic nie wie. Dodatkowo naliczono jeszcze dodatkową opłatę, aby tego było malo. Samochód przejechał może 300 km. I tyle plusów z pełnego ubezpieczenia...

Worst company ever!
Worst company ever! First of all, they have no office in the Terminal so you have to call 10 times before someone answers. Then you have to wait for about half an hour for someone to pick you up and take you to the car park where they keep their cars. Then a whole new nightmare begins as they force you to take extra insurance, which btw was 6 x the actual car hire price, if you hold a UK driving license even though you are legally allowed to drive in Poland. After driving for one day the oil light came on and we had to top up the oil ourselves. If this wasn't enough, it turned out that one of the tailgate lights was not working! Surely, when you rent a car you expect it to be checked beforehand and provided to you in a safe, working condition. Let's not forget the 300zl charge for cleaning the supposedly dirty car which they charged on my credit card. I'm really curious to know what car wash charges so much for washing a car? Thanks to these scammers the total car rental cost was £200 instead of £22! I really regret not reading the reviews before I decided to rent from them as this company is a total joke!
