A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Tragedia. Nie wydano mi samochodu ponieważ karta kredytowa ma inicjał imienia i pełne nazwisko a nie pełne imię i nazwisko (ciekawe czy wtedy chcieliby drugie imię?). Owszem, jest to w ich zasadach (pan mi pokazał palcem), jak i we wszystkich innych wypożyczalniach ale nikt nigdy nie robił mi problemu. W końcu to moje dane. Co ciekawe jeśli wykupilabym u nich pełna ochronę to już karta może być, nie ma problemu. Nie polecam. Polecam keizer. Obok i tanio

It’s best to avoid this rental company…
It’s best to avoid this rental company at all costs. Despite being in my own country, I was a victim of discrimination simply because I hold a British driver’s license. Panek charges the highest additional insurance fees if you don't have a Polish license, which raises the price to that of a premium vehicle. I rented a car from them only because it was late, and no other rental companies at the airport had any cars available. There’s no mention of the requirement to purchase their full insurance anywhere in the rental agreement. It’s simply a scam. As for the car, there was another surprise. I always rent cars with a manual transmission because I've never driven an automatic. But in the middle of the night, in the center of Warsaw, I had to learn how to drive one because they didn’t have any manuals available. It wasn’t safe or pleasant. The car had no windshield washer fluid, but it was full of trash inside. Embarrassing. Another issue was the car's appearance. The vehicle was covered in a hideous Panek car-sharing advertisement that was simply revolting. They should pay people to drive around in something like that, though I wouldn’t take the offer – an adult looks ridiculous and laughable in a rolling ad. Lastly, their logo. Have you seen Panek’s logo and mascot? What is it? A chicken? A penguin? Whoever is in charge of this company’s marketing should rethink this. Panek? First and last time. Well done. You certainly know how to do business and attract customers.

Kompletna porażka firmy panek
Złapałem gumę. Czekałem 7 godzin na lawetę, dzwoniłem co godzinę, próbując uzyskać informację na temat statusu auta zastępczego oraz kiedy będzie laweta. Finalnie wróciłem z trasy taksówką płacąc za nią 1000 zł. Firma panek odezwała się do mnie po 10 (!) godzinach od zgłoszenia że laweta jedzie i gdzie jest auto. Nie odpisują na maile, konsultanci udzielają sprzecznych informacji. Nie polacam

Appearant Criminals. They charge you on fictuous expenses. You are monitored online and upon exceeding speed-limit they charge you 400 EUR irrespective of police involved. Kriminelle Fiktive Kosten werden belasted. Über die Streckenverfolgung mit GPS werden Geschwindigkeiten geprüft und bei Überschreitung - ungeachtet der fehlenden Beteiligung der Exekutive - werden 420 EUR belastet.

Warning for Panek S.A. I would advise everyone not to rent a car from this company! I rented a car at Prague airport from 20/8/2024 to 24/8/2024. A few days later, again at home, Panek S.A. made a deduction from my account for a fictitious expense. I did not receive any correction after my complaint and proof that the cost was incorrect. Later, I turned to Hubert Bakalarz, manager of South-West Poland and Czech Republic. He claimed the same thing as the office in Prague. Finally, I have tried to contact Maciej Panek, CEO of the company, but he has chosen not responding to my messages. Never again Panek S.A

Ho noleggiato l'auto e dopo averla consegnata, si sono presi 129€ per mezzo serbatoio di benzina, oggi mi ritrovo un addebito di 403€ e non so per cosa, sono truffatori

MAI PIU' , ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA COMPAGNIA !!!
numero di riferimento:751119011.Per piacere faccio almeno 3 viaggi l'anno e prendo sempre l'auto a noleggio ma tutte queste problematiche che elencherò non mi erano mai capitate. Iniziamo dal dire che la Panek si sostituisce alle autorità e ti multa di 140euro se attraverso il gps dell'auto viene superato il limite massimo anche solo di 1km/h. Ho ricevuto un altro addebito di 20euro perchè ho consegnato l'auto fuori l'orario lavorativo... cosa che non era espressamente scritta nel contratto e per concludere la mia meravigliosa auto dopo appena un giorno segnava avaria motore non permettendomi di superare i 20km/h , per fortuna spegnendo e accendendo l'auto per qualche km tornava ad essere efficiente per poi tornare a non superare i 20km/h , ma che ansia !!!In aggiunta ho mandato 2 reclami sulla mail: reklamacje @panek.eu ma nemmeno si degnano di rispondere. MAI PIU' , ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA COMPAGNIA !!!

Unreliable Service and Unresponsive in Critical Situations
I do not recommend this company. Although the car I rented was in decent condition, the customer service was a complete disaster. I was repeatedly invoiced and charged for things I had already paid for. Worse, when I was in a life-threatening situation and tried to contact them, there was no response over the phone. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable company.
