This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Nieuczciwa firma
Unikajcie firmy Panek jeśli chcecie wypożyczyć samochód!!! Mój mąż właśnie wylądował we Wrocławiu i miał mieć wypożyczone auto od tej firmy, samolot miał ponad godzinne opóźnienie i tu,na miejscu, przy biurze Panek okazało się, że Panek anulował rezerwację, bo czekają na klienta do godziny!!!… o północy na lotnisku bez auta… super… Zaproponowali, że zrobią druga rezerwację, lecz cena była 3 razy wyższa niż przy pierwszej rezerwacji, szok!!! Nigdy więcej od tych naciągaczy nie wynajmę!!!

Il 2 dicembre atterro a Krakow con mia moglie e i miei due figli per andare a trovare i nonni come tutti gli anni. Anche quest'anno prendiamo la macchina a noleggio. Il 3 dicembre mi arriva un addebito sulla carta di 150 euro poiche' la societa' di noleggio ha rilevato tramite gps che ho superato di 30km il limite di velocita' il giorno prima. Vado dalla polizia la quale mi riferisce che devo fare reclamo direttamente a Panek poiche' sul contratto era presente questo "vincolo". Non avrei mai immaginato che in Polonia la polizia noleggiava auto. Fatto sta che dopo aver letto tutto il contratto il giorno della partenza provvediamo a lavare tutta la macchina .Arriviamo al bancone alle 15:30 ma non c'e' nessuno, aspettiamo e chiamiamo ma nessuno ci risponde. Alle 15:56 lascio le chiavi nella buca e vado ad imbarcarmi. Alle 17:15 mi arriva l'email dove viene riportato che alle16:00(4minuti dopo la consegna chiavi)hanno controllato la macchina dove hanno rilevato 3 danni(700euro di franchigia persa)+92 euro di lavaggio auto ( manco stessi a Dubai). Inviato reclamo ma ancora non ho ricevuto risposta. Sicuramente andremo per vie legali. Comunque il prossimo anno passero' a salutarli ; )

very bad experience
Hi I had similar very bad experience. After returning the car with no damage and full tank, the company charged our company almost 2000 euros. 700 Euros for hidden scratches, dents, wheel damage etc, then 400 Euros for exceeding the speed at some point according to their GPS, and another two 400 Euro charges for untill now not explained things. IT IS A SCAM, FRAUD, THEY SHOULD ALL GO TO JAIL. The nerves that is costs to talk to the bank, insurance to their claim department which response once in a month... Please stay away from this company if you can!!!

Moja zona zaplacila na lotnisku w Poznaniu 150 zlotych za myjnie karta kredytowa tyle Panek kasuje za mycie auta. Mielismy wykupiony pelne ubezpieczenie a i tak skasowali nas 4.000 zlotych bez powiadomienia a 3 dni pozniej przyszedl email .To jest katastrofa mieszkam za granica juz przeszlo 20 lat i jesli jakas firma sciagnela by mi kase z mojej karty bez mojej wiedzy oraz zgody to to jest przestepstwo i kradziez,. ATTENTION !!!! Juste des VOLEURS . Nous sommes aussi passés par Ryanair pour louer chez Panek. C est d ailleurs pour cela qu on ne verifie pas avant les avis puisque nous nous sommes appuyés sur eux.Ils retiennent au final la caution de 12500 couronnes soit 500 eur sans raison sans justification. PANEK ne donne plus jamais de nouvelle. Je parle bien de Panek.eu. PANEK.eu est une grosse escroquerie !!!!!

Really bad service
Really bad service! Rented car was not checked by the agent. Faulty! The company charged the money illegally, no response from the complaint department, refused to provide any evidence of the damages. Stay away, the owner not taking any responsibility for the bad service they provide.

Criminal fraud and scam
This is a criminal gang disguising as a rental. To make it believable, they do some genuine business here and there, but their primary objective is to get access to your credit card details. They get those by offering almost unbelievably low prices. That is the honey pot. As soon as they get your card details at the counter, prepare for a crazy ride. You are in for un unexplained charge very soon ranging from £100-150 up to £2300, as some reported here. My unwarranted charge was £375. They rely on the fact that many people won’t notice or have the asymmetrical power disadvantage. There is no way to contact them, they won’t pick up phone calls, and they only responded to my threath email with a complete dismissal where they refused to let me know why they charged me (illegal under polish and EU law) and they excused themselves out from mediation (also illegal under polish and EU law). I still don’t understand how they can operate from an EU country doing this scam for at least a couple of years without the interpol intervening and locking up the owner & management. It took me two months of tedious chargeback procedure and paperwork with my card issuer to recover the money.

Es una estafa
Es una estafa. Te alquilan muy barato, pero cuando vas a devolver no te devuelven la fianza, pero además de esto te cobran un dinero, porque según ellos el coche tiene unos daños los cuales no son verdad. Le pedí pruebas de estos y estoy esperando por dichas pruebas. Y también estoy esperando por la devolución de 962 euros que me quitaron de la tarjeta. No me sucedió esto en la vida.
