This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Unter allerster s......!!!!! Büro in Prag Flughafen nicht besetzt. Auto im 11 Stock geparkt, sehr umständlich.es werden die die schaden, die vor gemacht werden nicht richtig gezeigt, damit dann die 500 Euro Kaution einbehalten werden, wie bei uns.wenn ihr auch so ein Fall habt, an die jeweilige Polizei , direkt am Flughafen anzeigen erstatten, geht auch auf Englisch, oder Anwalt einschalten.fotos immer machen vor jede Anmietung.

Absolutnie nie polecam! Samolot nam sie opoznil o godzine i nie zastalismy nikogo juz z firmy Panek - pod okienkiem pojawilismy sie ok 18.30 (planowany odbioru byl 17.30). Rezerwacja zostala anulowana przez firme Panek, a nie nas. Zadzwonilam od razu jak.bylo to mozliwe, Pan powiedzial w obsludze klienta ze niestety nie moze pomoc, godzina jest maksymalnym spoznieniem do ktorego czekaja I nic nie jest w stanie zrobic. Faktura na 500zl przyszla dwa dni pozniej. Absurdalne! Zdecydowanie odradzam!!!!

Jeżeli ktoś odbiera auto na lotnisku, to proszę być przygotowanym na to, że jeżeli będą Państwo mieli opóźnienie co najmniej 1h (niezależnie od przyczyn np. opóźniony lot), to Państwa rezerwacja zostanie anulowana, a Państwo zostaną obciążeni kwotą 500 PLN. Opłacenie rezerwacji z wyprzedzeniem nie daje żadnej gwarancji odbioru auta w takiej sytuacji --- If someone is picking up a car at the airport, please be prepared for the fact that if you have a delay of at least 1 hour (regardless of the reason, e.g. a delayed flight), your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a fee of 500 PLN. Prepaying for the reservation does not guarantee that you will be able to pick up the car in such a situation.

Provided car was involved in accident.
Provided car was involved in accident. Rear bumber pushed in and not securley fitted. Considerable dents to the roof and rear doors. Rear wiper snapped and not present. In current weather conditions definitly needed. Customer serviece team and office team answer the phone once, informed that someone will get back to me with car replacement arrangments. Following initial telephone conversation all attempts of telefone contact are ignored. Unfair additional charges for cleaning the car. No evidence provided. Charges for amount of zl250. I guess not a lot of people will argue for considerably small amount and they might be taking advantage of this. Photografic evidence to back all above claims. Avoid.

Auta wynajmowane we wrześniu i październiku 2024. Do tej pory nie dostałem zwrotu kaucji. Dzwoniłem pisałem maile bez odezwu. Nie skorzystam więcej z usług .

Same bad experience like others
Same experience like others. Should have check reviews before but assumed they operate like any other normal car rental business. International Driving Permit IDP is required and if you don't have it you will have to pay extra insurance which was the amount of initial car hire. I hoovered and washed car myself yet the charge for returning dirty car was applied. Staff attitude bit dodgy from the start should make me think it won't end very well. Note to myself - never use them again and check reviews of a rental company.

Stay away! Deposit scam!!!
Stay away, please don’t risk your money and your health! We have rented a car in Kaunas, Lithuania, on pick up it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes inside, but we are the type of people that don’t like cause a fuss, so we just took it! On return, a month and a half later the whole deposit was taken from our credit card, no explanation. Stay away from this company!! Scammers is not the word!
