Policzyli sobie 2500 PLN za to, że auto jest porysowane od spodu... Zakładam, że naciągnęli tak wielu innych klientów. Dodatkowo 300 PLN za brudną tylną szybę. Złodzieje i tyle

This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

I rented with Panek (and paid a fee of £3). When I thought about it, though, it seemed just too good to be true: £10 a day when reputable car companies were charging £30+ a day. I had a look at the reviews and, quite frankly, doubt that the positive reviews are genuine. This leaves a whole series of negative reviews. So I cancelled - with VIP cars, the broker - and, as I was in Bratislava, went with Eden instead (who were great). The problem came when I arrived at Bratislava airport. I received an SMS to say that there would be a guy waiting for me when I came out of the airport. And indeed, the guy turned up. I assumed that this was Eden. The contract was drawn up in the car and, as per usual, I handed over my driving licence and credit card: they already had a form with my name and address and email. I was then informed that there would be a "cross border charge" of €250 euros as I was travelling to Austria and Slovenia. This charge is not in any way normal. The guy said that this had been explained in the voucher. I took at the Eden voucher and, it turned out that, despite the cancellation, this was a "representative" from Panek. A better word would be "con man". I put an end to everything, got my card and driving licence back and got out of the car. I then realised that the "representative" had everything that was required to use my credit card. Fortunately, I was able to freeze it whilst awaiting a new card, which I will have to order. If I had gone ahead with the contract, the cost of the rental would have been double what I had paid at Eden and I would have had to pay for the Eden rental as well. So .. be warned ... do NOT rent from Panek. (Checking on the Booking.com website ... where I had found the Panek rental ... I now see that they have disappeared ... long may this remain but I imagine they will reappear under a different name sooner or later).

MUCHO CUIDADO BE VERY CAREFUL MUCHO CUIDADO BE VERY CAREFUL, SCAM GUARANTED Last Christmas, three couples visited Prague. We rented two vehicles for the Prague airport office for eight days at the price we had contracted through the Carjet platform. We returned the vehicles with a full tank and in perfect condition. Days later, not only have they not returned our deposit (600 euros) but they have charged us more than 400 euros. They do not respond to any form of communication. In our rush, we had not checked the reviews. If you want to be robbed, rent here.

I reserved a car a week in advance and paid for it. I have all the required documents from the list. Two hours before the pick-up a guy from the company called me, and when he found out that I’m a citizen of Ukraine, he cancelled my reservation. When I contacted customer support asking for an explanation of the cancellation, they told me that the car had broken down and they didn’t have a replacement available.

Very quick to send spam messages at least twice a day since booking time but failing to say anything useful, like one hiring with UK driving licence must pay more than the whole rental due to having to purchase their full insurance because of a made up claim that IDP is required. If I didn't agree to pay I would have lost the upfront payment and then would've had to find another rental company. They know this very well, so they can have customer over a barrel! Complaints are completely ignored and nothing can be found in their T&C's about such driving permit requirements! Avoid at all cost!

Bardzo cenię sobie wypożyczenie auta właśnie z firmy Panek Rent a car,ponieważ jest do bardzo dobre rozwiązanie,dla osoby która potrzebuje auta na "już". Rezerwacja pomyślnie nie było żadnego problemu z oddaniem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam serdecznie.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1) They demanded I take out CDW even though I had it as I was a UK citizen and not Polish or EU 2) They demanded I pay a clean on return fee. When I got in the car it not only had a dent on pretty much every panel, it was filthy inside and out. (I made sure I got my monies worth by leaving my rubbish in the car - sorry to the next renter as I bet they wont clean it!) 3) Only one lad on reception. Had to wait an hour to be served 4) Still waiting on my deposit to be returned but not hopeful. Do youself a favour, use one of the mainstream companies. I booked this unknowingly thorugh Booking.com so will be notifying them accordingly.
