Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Jason has been one of the best travel advisors I have dealt with ( and Ive used many over the years) very thorough and knowledgable this is our second cruise booked through Panache cruises and I cannot fault the service. When he says he will get back to you with information he does which is very reassuring.
Excellent service above and beyond expectations. Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cruise ship and holiday we were considering. He went out of his way to get a good deal for us, achieving a better price than we had found when we went to the cruise line direct. He also obtained a better cabin for us, as the original one would have been near the engine and therefore noisy. He gave us useful tips and answered every query with his detailed knowledge and experience. We would definitely recommend Panache Cruises and are very pleased we have a holiday to look forward to at an excellent price. Well done Jason.

In the absence of my usual consultant I spoke to Will who was standing in for her. Whilst he was still under training he was very keen to assist in anyway he could, checking with more experienced consultants where necessary.
