Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Quick, and easy confirmation, Dealt with the same travel consult every time i rang. No problems at all.
Helpful and efficient service. Rang back swiftly after making contact with the river cruise company - and then sent confirmation by e-mail shortly after (as promised).

Charlene was always polite, helpful and, not always the case with cruise agents, she rang back as promised. She made the booking, including several of her useful ideas, and answered all my queries.
Charlene worked hard to find us a river cruise holiday and eventually came up with a number of alternatives, one of which we booked.
