Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

We were recommended to use Panache and have given them a try. We are new to going on cruises, so unfortunately for our agent, we have a ton of questions, some or most due to our inexperience. The agent, David Wilburn, has performed a LOT of legwork and chased down a ton of different options for us before we decided on what cruise(s) to take in the Mediterranean. He is also familiar with the cruise line, Azamara, and is able to make some very good suggestions regarding the ship we will be on. We will update our review once we take our trip in a few months, but only great things to say so far.
When you live in a distant place like Australia, it's easy to be wary of world-wide travel web sites, overseas companies, and dispatching funds across the oceans. So when we were doing recent homework on a 2025 small ship luxury cruise through Cruise Compete, we were attracted by a quote from an Orlando-based travel agent/company- Panache Cruises. Again more homework. Really positive results! Panache Cruises turned out to be a highly-regarded UK travel company which had recently opened an office in Orlando, Florida. The responding agent, Roxanne Harley, came up with some highly competitive quotes (like 40 per cent better than the rigid quote from the Australian office of the ship's parent company)! Not only that, she was brilliant to deal with! Prompt at replying to our many emails, knowledgeable, professional, caring, charming, and on top of her game. The transfer of funds for the cruise deposit, done by phone with her, went smoothly, and the funds were transferred to the cruise line account within the hour. So much for our nervousness. So Aussies (and others) if you can catch up with Roxanne and Panache Cruises, we'd be surprised if you will do better. We are highly impressed and happy.

We have made several bookings with Catherine (Divan)and must say that she is a credit to Panache. I often seem to ring her on her day off and yet she is always willing to help with my query when others may pass you over to someone else. Panache are a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable company but never pushy and we always have 100% confidence that they will look after us.
