Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. Kathryn, at Panache Cruises, is a 100% professional in her attention to detail, and in her willingness to "take on board" all our requests and deal with them promptly. The fact that she has been on the "Explorer 1", helped us to decide to take her advice and book our cruise. She has also arranged for our cruise on the Queen Mary 2 to celebrate my 80th birthday in February.
