Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

This is the second time that we have booked with Panache. Both Helen and Joe were very helpful and gave speedy replies to all our queries. Our experience is that Panache is a very customer orientated company. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Panache Cruises the go to for Cruisers
I became aware of Panache Cruises via the British Airways Club and I am glad that they introduced them to me. I dealt with Nicola at Panache and I found her most helpful with an in-depth and personal knowledge of the product on offer on our selected Seabourn Cruise, I asked for several variations along the way for the prospective cruise and she was always happy to come back with a revised cost and eventually I decided on the exact requirements and she booked it for us, the whole process was easy and Nicola was a joy to deal with and we look forward to booking our next cruise with Panache.

Wouldn't go anywhere else
This is our 4th booking with Panache and wouldn't go anywhere else. Catherine Divan is fantastic, she is so knowledgeable about all aspects of cruising. She is incredibly competent and always does what she says she will do. Whenever we think of a potential holiday, its always Catherine we think of first.
