Fantastic communication and service.
Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).
Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Oxygen Property Management took over the management of my house once I had left NZ ,for the summer of 2020-2021,I have been stranded overseas since. The tenants have not changed during this period. From a distance I observe that everything seems to be running well ie: payments are punctual and clearly explained. I look forward to meeting the team sometime during this year.

Most items were repaired. Due to Covid-19 prevalence, that is beyond control, some repairs/change are under process. The leakage into wall from bath tub/sink of Master Bath room may cause damage to wall. This is not a complaint, just for the sake of giving inputs, as desired by you.

It's very stressful when phoning and nobody answers... But I did like the automatic txt from Suzie to say she would phone back which she did on the day.... Communication is key as landlords are liable when things go wrong as Tenancy law is now very litigious. So it's important we should not wait more than a day to discuss issues before resorting to e mail.

Your Hastings manager is fantastic she keeps us posted about positive changes that occur i.e. amalgamation of the Napier branch with Operations now under one roof in Hastings.
