Property and grounds are clean and well maintained. Problems (they have been few, and minor) have been attended to in a timely and efficient manner. Heat pump recently installed, a welcome enhancement.

I am a current tenant renting through Oxygen property. Could not be happier with my experience so far. From before applying, to now renting they have been nothing but helpful and professional. Especially grateful to our amazing property manager Hanna who has been extremely helpful and responsive. She has definitely gone above and beyond to notify us about everything going on with the apartment and has been always quick and great at communication. Couldn't recommend Oxygen and Hanna more!
