Regular Communication on Body Corp Maitenance
We are very satisfied with the apartment and the Oxygen. What we have noted is the length of time it has taken to repair the service lift (was out of action for several months) and the ramp from level 1 to the carpark. We would appreciate being informed of building maintenance work before it commences and then updated as it is progressing. The maintenance to the level 1 carpark ramp is now into its third week.
