Fantastic communication and service.
Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).
Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Great Service. Far better than some big names. The property managers are really friendly and supportive. Not at all bossy and the followup from them are great. Especially some big names can learn a lot from Oxygen regarding their customer service. 5 stars to Lower Hutt oxygen services. Special thanks to my lanlord and property managers.
I am so lucky to have such a lovely property manager who is so helpful and address any issues straight away . She is an assest to the company and highly recommend Aileen Seales from lower Hutt branch.

Where to start With Aileen. Not a single worry about the process, the handling or the management of any aspect of my property. Aileen is THE most diligent hard working, responsive and professional individuals I have ever met and is an asset to this business.
We rely on our property managers as we don't live in the area. Dyanna and her team have been very easy to work with. They are prompt and communication has gone very well.
Made things fairly easy and worry-free with managing all the necessities, providing updates and good communication. Only issue we had was not having cost of repair materials covered in the bond despite providing receipt and acknowledgement. ← This was corrected and sorted :)
