Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Maria Aiulu…
My wife and I (Andy & Vanessa Jina) own "Windermere flats" in Upper Hutt. Totaling 8 separate flats. Maria Aiulu is our representative from Oxygen Property management. We have found Maria to be a very loyal understanding person to deal with. Many a time we have discussed matters relating to different tenancies. With large or small matters, we are always happy with her suggestions and the outcome. Her people skills are amongst the best without upsetting anyone. We are very happy for her to continue managing our property.

Oxygen Maintenance pre inspection …
Diane always send pre inspection communication and always come visit the property on time. She is professional and well presented and friendly. She always asks about any faults and issues regarding the property for maintenance work to the owner and do note down what small issues for me the tenant to be adhere to. Her communication is outstanding. She comes and does her work and she follows up on another post inspection letter or email. We'll done Diane. Thanks.
