Fantastic communication and service.
Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).
Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Anna has an awesome open line of communication. Via texts or email, she always keeps me in the loop. I really appreciate it. May seem like a small thing but it leaves me with no apprehensions when contacting her. Thanks again.

Leanne has been a terrific property manager. In the past few months she spotted evidence there could be a problem with our drains. She organised a company to confirm the problem and then to sort it all out before things got worse. Very proactive and probably saved us a lot in the long rund.

We’ve had nothing but a great experience renting with oxygen, in particular we’re grateful to have an amazing property manager, Dana from oxygen Lower Hutt. She’s always quick to get in touch with us and always kind and supportive. Any issues or questions we’ve had have been sorted quickly and with ease. From the beginning of applying for our rental with oxygen to having our annual rental inspections, Dana has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting with oxygen!

Leanne Phillips has been our property manager for almost 5 years. During our 4 and a bit years in the home we rented she was an absolute pleasure to have as our PM. She went absolutely above and beyond. Weather major or minor, if there was anything that needed tending to, she took care of it immediately. Very approachable, friendly and very effecient when tending to things that needed doing. By far the best property manager ive ever had the pleasure of working with.

Brenda is amazingly professional & efficient but also very friendly and approachable with anything. Always smiles and relatable. I'll never forget how understanding and empathetic she was when going through a really challenging time with my teenager nearly 2 yrs ago now. Joanne is always helpful and responsive when there are any issues or concerns (although there usually aren’t any!) she stays in close contact with the landlord so they are on the same page and is friendly and professional. I feel very lucky to have a great property manager and landlord after hearing about friends experiences with other companies.
