Never, ever use Yopa. Their service was non-existent, their agent promised everything, delivered nothing, he never communicated, then left suddenly which meant no-one covered my area of London. My desirable property in Wimbledon received no viewings in the whole sorry 5 months with them. Worst part: I had to pay to get out of my contract. Be very very wary. They were shocking. Not even worth 1 star
I put my bungulow up for sale with fulford they were amazing nothing was to much trouble they sold my bungulow with the first open the lady doing the viewing was called Amber she was amazing I would recommend fulfords newton abbot devon
RACIST and affected my CREDIT REPORTac. Made me consent to a credit check on the basis that the landlord would proceed with my offer. Then made me wait 3 days as they apparently "couldn't get hold of the landlord" Even though they continued to hold viewings for the property over the weekend. Then stated a number of outrageous stipulations (which was never outlined before) in order to try and put me off from proceeding with me offer. RACIST company. I felt nothing but discrimination from the way i have been treated. I will forward all of my correspondence onto the financial Ombudsman to review. This is JNP estate agents. Honestly can’t recommend our agent Wes Collins enough, a brilliant brilliant Estate Agent and all round great guy!! Due to Covid we had 2 failed mortgages as the goal posts moved, Wes wasn’t to be put off and found us our perfect house through his connections. He then attempted a 3rd mortgage application through a contact of his (we’d given up at this stage!) His finance guy Michael was very positive and hard working and negotiated a great mortgage on our behalf which was like a miracle considering the market place was in tatters due to Covid, Michael’s knowledge was first class and we have since used him for all our insurances- so quick and simple. Wes then put us in touch with a very hardworking diligent legal team that fought tooth and nail on our behalf to ensure our new asset had the maximum protection against the sellers. Wes really deserves every penny he earns because he didn’t stop trying to get the deal over the line, constantly chasing people up and pushing on our behalf. Can’t recommend him enough, if the rest of them at this company are like Wes then they will and deserve to take over as they are first class grafters! Thank you from our family in our perfect home in time for Christmas!

Excellent service - we had 2 properties to sell & they sold within a month - Joe & Scott listened to what we wanted & delivered what they said in a professional but friendly manner & were really on our agenda. Also Rakhee was really helpful & responsive whenever we needed help or support with the sales progressing. Really impressed with all concerned & would highly recommend.

Online Estate Agents were excellent. They picked up the sale of my house after problems with a previous Agent and provided an efficient, friendly and helpful service at all times . Rakhee and Sharon particularly really went the extra mile to make sure that the sale went through, in spite of a less than impressive performance by the purchasers’ solicitors. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Seriously impressed with these agents, particularly after being badly let down by emoov. I asked Jason, the local agent, for a price for quick sale. He clearly got it right because the house was under offer a week after going on the market at about top whack for the area and that size of house. Sam and the folk on the phone are really excellent and actually listen to what you say - not usual going by past experience with the local estate agents round here. They are also very quick and efficient in negotiating the price and then liaising between me and the buyer. I never did need to use the online dashboard as we sold so quickly.

If we didn’t understand something during the process of selling our property, Scott was always there to help. A great experience from the start. met with Scott who could not have been more knowledgeable or a nicer person. As I was letting out the property he passed my info to Joe. Who was exceptional in the way he handled everything. All the way through I was kept in the loop and given plenty of help and advice. I have a great tenant in my property I was so impressed with online estate agents I have asked them to fully manage it for me.Great prices, great service, great people, who care!!
