Regular customer here , I’ve never been disappointed with absolutely anything. Most recent purchase was laminate floor , underlay and beading . Our living room looks absolutely wonderful im so pleased with what I chose . They dispatched it quickly , the gent who answered the phone when I had a question about how many square meters I’d need was incredibly helpful & polite & even the delivery drivers are great too . I’ll continue to use this company & I’d definitely recommend it to others .
Excellent choice, value, communication and delivery. Had a problem with wrong item delivered and it was sorted ad replaced quickly. I love my new flooring.

Perfect from start to finish! Website was so easy to use to find what I was looking for. I searched loads of sites but kept coming back to online carpets. Very Competitive prices, excellent quality stock. Postage was fast and I was kept up to date along the way. My hallway/stairs and landings are now finished and I’m so happy with the results. The site was very easy to use, communication was really good and I was notified as to when the delivery was going to take place. When my Lino arrived well wrapped and the driver was really nice and brought the item into the house. I had the Lino laid and it looks really lovely. I am really happy with the overall experience with dealing with this company.
